I am so sad to hear of the passing of such a kind & funny man. Reed always made me smile & I always tried to do the same for him. Reed was so much more than my patient, Reed was my friend. I can't seem to stop my tears this morning, I already miss my buddy. However, I rejoice in the fact that Reed & I will see each other again. I look forward to seeing him in Heaven & meeting his dear wife he spoke of so sweetly & so often. I am a better person because of knowing Reed & I am blessed to say he was my friend!

Thank you so much for your kind words Leslie. He loved you dearly. Just the other day he was telling me about the fried apple pies that you had brought him and how good they were. I can't tell you how much it means to me for him to have had you. He would always say, "I can rest better on the nights when she's here." From the bottom of my heart, thank you for treating him not like a patient, but like family. He is breathing easy now, and he's with my Ma. We can all take comfort in knowing that we will see him again one day.
