I am so very sorry for the loss of Trudy. I was blessed to become first acquainted with Trudy when she won the 4-H Demonstration competition when we were in grade school. Although I went to Marrowbone and Trudy went to Burkesville I got to go on the trip with Trudy to the State Fair with Pat Thomas. Then I had the pleasure of being with Trudy through our high school years. Trudy was such a smart and wonderful soul. Just know that even though I will not be in town for the rest of this week to say my last good byes to Trudy, you all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
With Love,
Tammy

I am so very sorry for your families loss. I went to school with Trudy from first through twelfth grade and we became good friends in first grade and remained friends all through school. She was so intelligent, sweet, kind, and funny. I know she will be missed greatly and she will always be fondly remembered by me. Love and prayers your family!

Trudy became friends with our daughter when they started to school and remained friends with out family until her passing, she always had a smile on her face and was concerned about how everyone was doing. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

I was so very sorry to hear of Cynthia passing. I met her in 1972-73 when I was living in Burkesville. She became friends with my daughter Mitzi Hardin and spent time at our house playing with Mitzi. I was a Girl Scout leader that year and getting to know Cynthia was a pleasure. She was so smart, sweet, and always gave me hugs. That Christmas she gave me a box of handkerchiefs and it touched my heart. We lost touch for awhile and when she got married she invited my family and I to her wedding. She was beautiful and the reception was held at the Galt house. I remember taking her invitation and decorating it under glass and she loved it. I could say so many good things about this young lady that I had the honor of knowing it would fill up a page. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul.
May God comfort her son and her family.

I am sorry to hear of Trudy's passing. We were in Girl Scouts together and elementary school. She was always a poised and intelligent girl as well as beautiful. She looks exactly the same in her picture. My sympathies to her family.
