Judy Esta (Skipworth) Tweedy

Judy Esta Skipworth Tweedy, age 78 of  Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at her home . Judy was born on June 15, 1945 in the Kettle community of Cumberland County, KY to the late Ivo Mathais Skipworth and Nina Webb Sharp Skipworth. Judy was Valedictorian of the 1963 graduating class of Cumberland County High School and a graduate of Spencerian Business College. She was a former employee of Rutledge Pathology Laboratory working as office manager and medical secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Esta Tweedy and a brother, Ronnie Skipworth.  

Survivors Include:
Son - Paul David Tweedy (Susan) of Bowling Green
Grandchildren - Ian Paul Tweedy and Grace Marie Tweedy of Bowling Green
Brothers - Dr. Joseph Dee Skipworth (Mary), Jackie Webb Skipworth, and Jerry Dale Skipworth all of Burkesville and Johnie Arnold Skipworth (Marsha) of Bowling Green
Special Friend - Janice Akin
A host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service:
Monday, April 29, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY with Bro. Raymond Castillo officiating.  Burial in Christian Chapel Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY.
