Louise Mosby Cook  age 58 of Edmonton, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital.  Louise was born on August 24, 1956 in Adair County, Kentucky to the late James Mosby and Rosie Garmon Mosby.  She was an employee of Jomel Seams Reasonable.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Kyle Mosby.

Survivors Include:
Her Husband- Kenneth Cook of Edmonton, KY
One Son- Jonathan Cook and his wife April of Albany, KY
Three Brothers- Hubert Mosby of Shepherdsville, KY, Ray Mosby and his wife Mildred of Marrowbone, KY, and Dennis Earl Mosby of Owensboro, KY
One Step Grandchild- Dawson Waid of Albany, KY
Brothers-in-law: Winfred Cook, Wesley Cook, and Charles Cook
Sisters-in-law: Velma Short, Emelene Roach, and Sue Mosby
and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends

Funeral Service:
Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main ST, Burkesville, KY with burial in Casey Fork Cemetery.  Family request visitation from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Thursday, October 09, 2014 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.

Kenneth, I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Louise...I worked with her years ago at the factory in Burkesville...Louise was a sweet, wonderful woman..I remember her laugh...I hope somehow you and your Son can find peace....God Bless you Both...I'm Sorry for your loss...

My thoughts and prayers go out to Louise's family and friends. We worked together both at Oshkosh and Carhartt for several years. Always had a lot of respect for her.

To the family and friends of Louise ,my deeppest sympathy goes out to all ,I worked with her @ the factory in burkesville,and use to watch her throw horse shoes @the park,she will be missed by many.R.I.P. my friend~

Kenneth, Jonathan , Mosby and all family members. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Every time I thought of Louise I remember the time Jonathan was a baby and he way crying and crying so I took off his shoes and poor
Louise had not taken the paper out of the end of the shoe, needless to say he quit crying and we all were laughing.
My prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.
