George William "Bill" Berge, Jr. age 83 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Cumberland County Hospital. Bill was born on July 21, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to the late George William Berge, Sr., and Marvel Griffith Berge. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service.

Survivors Include:
His Wife- Lois Simpson Berge of Burkesville, KY
One Son- Scott Stewart Berge of Nashville, TN
One Daughter- Laurie Anne Bryson of Ocala, FL
One Brother- Bob Berge of Rock Creek, OH
Two Grandchildren- Susan Wilson and Kevin Bryson
Two Great Grandchildren- Emily Wilson, Julie Wilson

Cremation has been chosen and there will be no visitation.

God bless you all. I am sorry for your loss. I am praying for you all. Mr. Bill will be greatly missed. All of us at the store love him and will miss him as well. It was an honor knowing him. You are in our prayers.
