Barney Groce age 42 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital.  Barney was born on December 10, 1971 in Jefferson County, Kentucky to Sherry Carnahan Mann and the late Barney Darmon Groce. Survivors Include: His Mother- Sherry Mann of Burkesville, Kentucky Two Daughters- Chelsea Groce and Kristy Groce both of Hartsville, Tennessee One Brother- Paul Eddie Groce of Burkesville, KY One Sister- Trena Groce Maxey and her husband Dewaun of Burkesville, KY Two Nephews- Jacob Maxey, and Juvon Maxey and a host of other relatives and friends also survive Funeral Service: Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST. Burkesville, KY with Rev. James Starks officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Family requests visitation from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
