Charles "Chuck" Rose, age 49 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in Barren Co., KY as the result of an automobile accident. Chuck was born on January 27, 1964 in Cumberland County, KY to Estaline Dane Long Rose and the late Charles Russell Rose.  He lived much of his life  in Shepherdsville, KY, graduating from North Bullitt High School in 1982.  He worked at many grocery stores in the Louisville, KY area including Kroger, Winn Dixie, and Houchens, before moving back to Burkesville, KY where he enjoyed the last several years of his life.  In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex and Opal Rose, and Eular and Nannie Long. Survivors Include: His Mother- Estaline Dane Rose of Burkesville, KY Three Sisters- Teresa Rose and Susan Rose both of Shepherdsville, KY and Lori Spears and her husband Robert of Burkesville, KY Nieces and Nephews- Leanna Rose Valla, Kurtis Austin Spears, Rylea Beth Spears,Sean-Eric Spears, Aaron Pugh, Kayla Pugh. His sweet smile and generous spirit will also be missed by a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in the Scott Family Cemetery. Family requests visitation from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Monday, October 21, 2013 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
