Clyde (Moody) Long age 72 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Cumberland County Hospital. Moody was born on February 02, 1944 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Ray and Pansy Thacker Long.  He was a member of Dutch Creek Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was a former carpenter, construction Worker, and farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Willis Long, one brother, Reed Long, and two sisters, Martha Ann Willis, and Elizabeth Long. Survivors Include: Two Daughters- Kathy Burns(and Pat), and Lisa Groce(and Brian Bean) all of Burkesville, KY One Sister- Belle Holland(and Daniel) of Burkesville, KY Four Grandchildren- Nathan Burns(and Cassie), Ashley Wood(and DeSilver), Jerry Joshua Groce, and Myaleiha Bean Eleven Great Grandchildren- J.P. Burns, Keleigh Spears, Audrey Groce, Savannah Beaty, Nathaniel Beaty, Caleb Groce, Hayden Spears, Cayson Burns, Kimber Burns, Paislee Wood, Aiden Wood and a host of other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral Service: Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST.
