Donnie Pruitt, age 66 of  Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Donnie was born on June 4, 1956 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Richard "Doc" and Robbie Lee Pruitt.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patty Sherrell and a nephew, Patrick Pruitt.

Survivors include: One son - Jason "Birdy" Pruitt (Tabitha) of Strawberry Plains, TN One brother - James Pruitt of Burkesville, KY One sister - Zelma Jain of Burkesville, KY Three grandchildren - Mason Pruitt, Madison Pruitt and Maddox Pruitt Special friend - Danny Reid Spears And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Funeral services: Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St, Burkesville, KY with burial in Pruitt Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
