Freddy Carol Cary, 74, of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born December 23, 1941, in Cumberland County, to the late Dalmas and Sally Thurman Cary.  He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired after 27 years from General Motors as a certified plating operator.  He was a member of United Auto Workers, American Legion and a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Cary. Survivors include: Three children – Mitchell Cary, Mikki (Aaron) Smith, Michael (Allison) Cary all of New Castle, Indiana Two brothers – Willie (Diane) Cary of Greensburg, Bobby( Pam) Cary of Burkesville Four grandchildren – Skyler Ford, Kaitlynn Cary, Rheanne Cary, Isaac Smith The mother of his children, Bonnie Cary of New Castle, Indiana Several other relatives and friends Funeral service - Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home Visitation after 1:00 P.M.
