Hazel was born in Cumberland County, kentucky on April 16, 1928, to the late Pearl Scott, and the late Richard Scott. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Bean, 5 Brothers, Berchie Scott; Cecil Scott; Ira Scott; Russell Scott; Welby Scott; 2 Sisters, Francis Owens; Nina Bean.

Don Davis and Jeff Cotterman officiating. Burial in the Burkesville Cemetery.
