She was a former employee of Wendy's in Columbia, KY Survivors Include: Her Husband- Terry Spears of Edmonton, KY One Son- Dominic Banter of Edmonton, KY Her Mother- Becky Barnes of Burkesville, KY Her Father- Marvin Gentry of Columbia, KY Three Brothers- Dustin Barnes of Burkesville, KY, and Gerad Gentry and Levi Burton both of Columbia, KY Father-in-law- Jackie (and Brenda) Spears of Burkesville, KY Mother-in-law- Judy (and Louis) Herman of Celina, TN and a host of other relatives and friends.
