Inez  Mae Cary Williams, born April  28, 1921 in Leslie (Cumberland County), Kentucky to Travis and Florence Cary passed away peacefully on February 12, 2018 with her family by her side.  She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ  and attended services at the Meadowbrook Church of Christ in Anderson, IN.  She was retired from the Finance Center at Fort Benjamin Harrison. She is survived by her  three children, Vaughn (Pamela) Williams, Elaine Cary Williams, and Patricia Hammond; sister-in-law, Kathleen Cary; her grandchildren, Heather (Eddie) Ellison, Travis (Shonda) Williams and  Matthew ( Amanda) Adams; her  great-grandchildren, Madalyn Adams, MaKayla Adams, Johnny (Stacy) Thomason, Dale (Marie) Ellison, Tom Williams, Harley Williams, and Abigail Williams; three great-great-grandchildren and another great-great-grandchild due in October. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thedfod (TV) Williams, her parents, Travis Elmore  ( Addie Florence  Shaw) Cary; brother, (Bill) Cary; and her favorite son-in-law, Dave Hammond. Funeral Service: Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the service time at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. Private burial will follow the service in the Marrowbone Cemetery.
