Isabella "Happy" Spears age 88 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Cumberland Valley Manor.  Happy was born on June 13, 1926 in Black Diamond, Washington to the late Daniel Coutcher and Rosetta Nelson Coutcher.  She was a former employee of Suttons Apparel and a former custodian of the Cumberland County School System.  She was a member of Highland Chapel United Methodist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Austin Spears, two sisters, Carolyn Best and Wanda Troyer, and two brothers, Art Coutcher, and Danny Coutcher. Survivors Inlude: Two Sons- Danny(and Tina)Spears of Glasgow, KY, and Allen(and Sharon)Spears of Richmond, KY One Daughter- Anna Pearl(and Bob)Herald of Indianapolis, IN Two Sisters- Grace Pearcy of Burkesville, KY, and Thelma Watson of Seattle, Washington 10 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends survive. Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N.
