Survivors Include: 1 Son, Sean Mullins of Burkesville, KY; 3 Step Children- Nikita Luper, Miranda Wethington,and Cameron Harris all of Campbellsville, KY His Mother- Barbara Mullins Brewington of Burkesville, KY 2 Brothers, Alvin Mullins, and James Ray Mullins both of Burkesville, KY; 2 Half Sisters- Michelle and Linda Roysdon of Crossville, TN His Fiance, Melissa Harris of Burkesville, KY; 2 Aunts, Kathy Lay of Bowling Green, KY; Thelma Dyer of Burkesville, KY; 3 Uncles, Allan Wilson, Johnny Wilson, and Louie Wilson all of Burkesville, KY; 5 Grandchildren- Hallie Boils, Bristol Boils, Keaton Harris, Kaydence Wethington, Carter Wethington and a host of nieces and nephews also survive Graveside service on Thursday, November 03, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Burkesville Cemetery Visitation will be after 11:00 Thursday morning at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
