James Branham age 83 of Burkesville, Kentucky (a resident of Cumberland Valley Manor) passed away on Sunday, August 03, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital.  James was born on December 27, 1930 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Dennis "Jack" Branham and Lockie Riley Branham.  He was of the Methodist faith and a farmer.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Marshall Branham, three infant sisters, two nephews, David Murray, and Mark Branham, brother-in-law, Fred Serra, Jr. Survivors Include: Two Brothers- Earl Branham and his wife Peggy of Marrowbone, KY and Sherman "Tack" Branham and his wife Wanda of Burkesville, KY Two Sisters- Robbie Murray and her husband Ken of Burkesville, KY and Margaret Serra of Glasgow, KY Sister-in-law - Margaret Branham of Marrowbone, KY and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral Service: Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY with Bill Garmon officiating. Burial in Davis Cemetery. Family requests visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 05, 2014 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
