Jean Groce, age 91 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at her home. Jean was born on August 07, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Roy Scott and Maude Watson Scott. She was the former bookkeeper and co-owner of Groce Contractors and Groce's Garage and  a member of Burkesville Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John W. Groce and two brothers, Bobby Scott and Ronald Scott.

Survivors Include: One Son- David John Groce and his wife Candy of Burkesville, KY Two Daughters- Vickie G. Anderson of Burkesville, KY and Sheila K. Cary of Bowling Green, KY Five Grandchildren- Brent Anderson and his wife Amy, Jessica Cary, Gerrad Groce, Lucas Groce, and Dave Groce Four Great Grandchildren- Ethan Anderson, Emma Anderson, Olive Benesh, and Jaxson Groce and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Marrowbone Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 22st from 10 A.M. until the service time at 1 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
