Jerry Dodson age 75 of the Ashlock Community passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014 at the Cumberland County Hospital.  Jerry was born on October 02, 1939 in Monroe County, KY to the late Reed and Jewell Bolton Dodson.  He was a member of Ashlock Church of Christ and an employee of the Cumberland County Fiscal Court.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Comell Watson Dodson and his maternal grandparents who raised him, Bertha and Oscar Bolton. Survivors Include: Two Sons- Reed Dodson of Burkesville, KY and Terry Dodson of Celina, TN One Daughter- Michelle Adams and her husband Tuffy of Celina, TN One Brother- Jimmy Dodson of Indiana Five Grandchildren- Dusty Adams, Tory Adams, Payton Dodson, John Tanner Dodson, and Collin Dodson and a host of other relatives and friends Funeral Service: Monday, October 13, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY with burial in Ashlock Cemetery.  Family request visitation after 6:00 P.M. Saturday, October 11, 2014 until the funeral hour on Monday at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
