Jimmy E. Ballard age 72 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 1, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital South.  Jimmy was born on October 24, 1940 in Glasgow, KY to the late Hulen and Mary Clyde Anderson Ballard.  He married Carolyn Marlene Shaw on May 17, 1975.  He retired from General Motors after 46 years of service as a Tool and Die Maker.
