Josie Bailey, 79, of Burkesville, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY. Josie was born in Burkesville, Kentucky on January 18, 1932, to the late Effie Spears Key, and the late Grady Key. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Phillip Bradley and her husband Ezra Bailey. She was a member of Spears Chapel Church and a former employee of Sutton's and Osh Kosh.
