Judy Garland Tooley was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was born in Burkesville, KY to the late Culman and Annie Lee Rowe Alexander. She departed this life on July 29, 2021 at the age of 69 in Louisville, KY. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter- Garnita Randolph and five siblings- Nathaniel Alexander, Elise Alexander, Earl Alexander, Sumona Alexander and Rachel Alexander.

Survivors Include: Her Husband: David E. Tooley 2 children: Rashidah Tooley and David R. Tooley 3 Grandchildren: Germaine Randolph, Michelle Randolph and Davion Colbert 7 Sisters: Ella Louise Alexander, Leara Woolridge (Gerald), Lee Edna Floyd, Teresa Legg, Alfonda Harkonen (John), Maurine Ward (Theo Warren) and Garnita Alexander. 1 Brother: Terry Lee Alexander (Betty) 7 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, August 07, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Coe Ridge Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Saturday, August 7th from 11 A.M. until the service time at 1 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
