Kathy Lynn Adams, age 65 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Metcalfe Health Care Center in Edmonton. Kathy was born on May 03, 1960 in Tipton, Indiana to the late George and Darlene Scovill Adams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Gerald Adams and Tommy Adams and three sisters Karen Toby, Donna Hardin, and Sandra Delatte.

Survivors Include: One Daughter- Crystal Adams and her husband James Crawson of Kissimmee, Florida One Son- Dale Adams of Burkesville, KY One Sister- Debra Alexander of Burkesville, KY Two Brothers- George Adams and his wife Renna of Summer Shade, KY and Kevin Adams Family friend Jessie Grissom along with a host of other relatives and friends

In accordance with Kathy's wishes cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 5 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.  No visitation prior to the service
