Kenneth Lee Lucas, 76, of 301 S. Main Street Burkesville, KY, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011, at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, KY. Kenneth was born in Bene, Oregon on July 2, 1935, to the late Bell HallLucas, and the late Owen Thomas Lucas. He was a retired employee of the Oregan State Parks Service. He and Norma moved to Alaska after retirement and enjoyed many years there before making Cumberland County, Kentucky their home.

Survivors Include: He is survived by his Wife of 60 years, Norma Lucas, Burkesville, KY. He is also survived by 2 Sisters, Mary Anderson of Vernonia, OR; Ruby Florence Briggs of Bullhead, AZ; Two children, and nineteen adopted children. A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be held later in Alaska Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, Burkesville, KY in charge of arrangements
