Linda Norris Spears age 59 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Cumberland County Hospital. She was born on May 27, 1956 in Cumberland County, KY to Hylen Guy Norris and the late Helen Josephine Anderson Norris. She was a member of Highland Chapel United Methodist Church a member of Station #2 Homemakers Club, and a member of the Cumberland County Farm Bureau Board of Directors.  Linda was an office clerk for Flowers Rural Health Clinic. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Wendell Norris. Survivors Include: Her Husband- Darrell Spears of Burkesville, KY Her Father- Hylen Norris of Burkesville, KY Two Daughters- Cindy Jo Nettles(and husband Lawrence)of Burkesville, KY and Windy Spears of Burkesville, KY One Son- Nicky Spears(and his wife Lora Beth) of Albany, KY Two Sisters- Brenda Marsh(and friend Mike Vinson) of McMinnville, TN, and Glenda Jean Willis(and husband Jerry) of Burkesville, KY Four Grandchildren- Brooklyn Branham, Colby Nettles, Carly Jo Nettles, Tenley Spears and one expectant granddaughter. Funeral Service: Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with  burial in Bowen Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Monday, April 11, 2016 from  4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
