Louise Mosby Cook  age 58 of Edmonton, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital.  Louise was born on August 24, 1956 in Adair County, Kentucky to the late James Mosby and Rosie Garmon Mosby.  She was an employee of Jomel Seams Reasonable.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Kyle Mosby. Survivors Include: Her Husband- Kenneth Cook of Edmonton, KY One Son- Jonathan Cook and his wife April of Albany, KY Three Brothers- Hubert Mosby of Shepherdsville, KY, Ray Mosby and his wife Mildred of Marrowbone, KY, and Dennis Earl Mosby of Owensboro, KY One Step Grandchild- Dawson Waid of Albany, KY Brothers-in-law: Winfred Cook, Wesley Cook, and Charles Cook Sisters-in-law: Velma Short, Emelene Roach, and Sue Mosby and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends Funeral Service: Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main ST, Burkesville, KY with burial in Casey Fork Cemetery.  Family request visitation from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
