Mae Walker age 71 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Mae was born on April 16, 1943 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Will Maupin and Beulah Alexander Maupin.  She was a member of Burkesville Community Church, a member of the homemakers club, and a former employee of the Cumberland County Board of Education.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mack Walker on December 07, 2005, three brothers, Charles Maupin, William Maupin, and Alexander Murray, and five sisters, Gertrude Hurd, Dora Murray, Minnie Wilburn, Dorothy Farris, and Virginia Turner. Survivors Include: One Son- Mitchell Walker of Bowling Green, KY Two Daughters- Stephanie Walker of Burkesville, KY and Felicia Wells of Bowling Green, KY 2 Grandchildren- Olivia Walker, and Ian Wells and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends Funeral Service: Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY with Pastor James Starks officiating. Burial will follow in Burkesville Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
