Mike Smith, age 67 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at his home. Mike was born on January 03, 1956 in New Castle, IN to the late Leon Smith and Wanda Shearls Daniels. He was a retired employee of the Kentucky Highway Department. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his stepfather Ken Daniels and three step sisters, Barbara Pitcock, Sandy Hogan, and Kim Daniels.

Survivors Include: One Son- Chad Smith of Burkesville, KY One Stepson- Joey Carter(Paula) of Burkesville, KY One Stepdaughter- Beth Scott(Justin) of Burkesville, KY One Stepsister- Faye Pitcock(Wendell) of Burkesville, KY\ Two Grandchildren- Braiden and KenLeigh and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with cremation to follow the service. Family requests visitation on Saturday, April 29th from 1 P.M. till service time at 4 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
