Nell Melton age 80 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Cumberland Valley Manor. Nell was born on October 18, 1936 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Marvin Melton and Cora Pryor Owens.  Nell was a member of Burkesville Baptist Church, and had worked at several garment factories. Survivors Include: Her Husband- Raymond Melton of Burkesville, KY One Son- Ricky(and Charlotte)Melton of Burkesville, KY Two Daughters- Sherian(and John) Gray of Horse Cave, KY and Sheila Norris of Burkesville, KY One Sister- Lorene Burns of Burkesville, KY One Brother- Roy Melton of Bloomington, IN 8 Grandchildren- Lori Sells, Stacy Vaughn, Brandon Melton, Brittany Thomas, Kaitlyn Neal, Abby Neal, Noah Neal, and Morgan Neal 7 Great Grandchildren- Eston Sells, Autumn Sells, Elle Sells, Padon Vaughn, Charlotte Vaughn, Reese Melton, Jayden Neal and a host of other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral Service: Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, Burkesville, KY with burial in Modoc Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
