Albert Richard Dyer, age 86 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Signature Healthcare of Monroe in Tompkinsville. Richard was born on May 21, 1939 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Albert Dyer and Ora Branham Dyer. He was a longtime member of the Iron Workers Union.

Survivors Include: One Daughter- Katrina Dyer Smith of Mio, Michigan One Son- Aaron Dyer of Atlanta, Georgia Three Grandchildren- Joshua Smith, Haven Dyer, Aalyah Dyer Special friends- Greg and Tammy Cary, Charlene Anderson, Wanda Spears, Martha Keen and Timmy Thrasher along with a host of other friends.

In accordance with Richard's wishes, cremation has been chosen. A graveside service will be held at the Leslie Cemetery on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M..
