Sarah Stephens Grider age 72 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. Sarah was born on August 10, 1941 in Monroe County, KY to the late Charlie and Lola Thompson Stephens.  She was a former employee of Key Work Clothes in Tompkinsville, KY and Crotty Corporation in Celina, TN and also was a babysitter.  She was a member of Judio Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Malcom Grider, one daughter, Lisa Grider, one brother, Cornell Stephens, and one sister, Mary Hopper. Survivors Include: One Daughter- Teresa Hopper and her husband Darrell of Burkesville, KY Two Brothers- Gene Stephens and Jimmy Stephens both of Cincinnati, Ohio Four Grandchildren- Laura Hopper, Hannah Hopper, Seth Key, and Amber Moore and her husband Jordan Two Great Grandchildren- Jackson Moore and Ainsley Moore and a host of other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral Service: Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home with Bro. Raymond Castillo officiating. Burial will follow in Stalcup Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.
