Shelly Nichole Thrasher, age 30 of Louisville, KY formerly of Burkesville, KY passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at University of Louisville Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Shelly was born on November 22, 1981 in Albany, Kentucky to Tayra Walker Thrasher and the late Danny Thrasher. She was Valedictorian of the Cumberland County High School class of 2000, and Salutatorian of the Lindsey Wilson College class of 2004 graduating Summa Cum Laude. Shelly was a ultrasonagrapher with Floyd Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Thrasher, and maternal grandparents, Rondal and Ruth Walker.
