Ms. Sherline Wallace, age 80, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Sherline was born in Burkesville, Kentucky on June 15, 1946, a daughter of the late Charlie Austin and Sarah (Davidson) Wallace. She had attended the Burkesville Nazarene Church.

She is survived by:

Sister - Josie Ann Littlejohn of Edinburgh, Indiana

A host of nieces and nephews

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James “Jingaling” Shoopman and Roy Simpson.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, with interment to follow in the Burkesville Cemetery. Bro. Ronnie Pitcock will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday after 9:00 a.m. until the service time of 2:00 p.m.
