Stacy Smith age 46 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY.  Stacy was born on August 24, 1968 in Cumberland County, KY to Benny and Brenda Murphy Smith.  She was a member of Burkesville First Christian Church, and a graduate of PJ's College of Cosmetology. Survivors Include: One Son- Anthony Dylan Radford of Burkesville, KY One Daughter- Autumn Snow Radford of Burkesville, KY Her Parents- Benny and Brenda Smith of Burkesville, KY One Grandchild- Kinley Michelle Radford of Burkesville, KY Two Sisters- Kimberly Carol Huntsman of Scottsville, KY and Tracy Lynn Vanderpool of Burkesville, KY and a host of other relatives and friends survive. Funeral Service: Friday, January 23, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be given to her children.
