Terry was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on June 11, 1943, to the late Mildred Glee Vibbert Harvey, and the late Glenn Russell Harvey. He was preceded in death by 1 Son, Terry Lynn Harvey; 2 Brothers, Donald WayneHarvey; Ferry Glenn Harvey; 1 Grandchild, Ronnie Ray Trowbridge. He was a retired construction worker.
