Thomas Arms age 91 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Cumberland Valley Manor. Thomas was born on July 22, 1922 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Johnny Arms and Hattie Jones Arms. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was a retired farmer.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Cleophas Vibbert Arms, three children, Debbie Lee Vibbert, Michael Ray Arms, and Edwin Odell Arms, one granddaughter, Jennifer Arms, two brothers, James Arms, and William Arms, and two sisters, Minnie Hulse, and Ruth Ferguson. Survivors Include: Two Sons- Timothy Starr Arms and his wife Carmen of Burkesville, KY and Jerry Arms and his wife Karen of Memphis Junction, Indiana One Sister- Jewell Scott of Anderson, Indiana 11 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral Service: Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY with Bro. Raymond Castillo officiating. Burial in Dutch Creek Cemetery.
