Warren G. Carter age 90 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Wednesday, March 06, 2013 at Cumberland County Hospital. Warren was born on June 12, 1922 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to the late Virgil and Addie Rutledge Carter. He was a former factory worker and a farmer, and had attended Liberty United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four sisters, Hazel Medina, Margie Humphrey, Ruth Davidson, and Pauline Coffman, and three brothers, Malcolm Carter, Herbert Carter, and Jimmy Carter
