This summer, I had to reside at Cumberland Valley Manor for 3 weeks while taking therapy.  Jewell was my roommate the entire time.  She was very helpful in getting me acquainted with the daily routine of the facility, and always watched out for me.  We knew a lot of the same people and would lie in our adjoining beds and talk far into the nights sometimes.  My stay could not have been as good if it had not been for Jewell.  Let me say that her thoughts were always with her children.  She worried about your health and well-being.  In my mind, I can still hear her singing a hymn.  Rest in peace, Jewell!  You were good to me!
