Barbara A. Short

Barbara A. Short, age 79 of  Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Medical Center at Bowling Green. Barbara was born on February 19, 1943 in Cumberland County, Kentucky,  to the late Jimmy and Madie Sharp Brown. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Short and an infant brother, Douglas Lynn Brown.  Barbara was a member of the Burkesville Church of Christ and a former employee of Bob Evans.

Survivors include:
        
One son - Jeff Short and wife Rhonda of Celina, Tennessee

Two brothers - Kenny Brown and wife Betty, Billy Wayne Brown and wife Linda all of Burkesville, Kentucky 

One sister-in-law - Callie Short of Burkesville, Kentucky 

A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

Funeral Service:

Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, Kentucky with burial in Stalcup Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
