Beulah Mae Owens

Beulah Mae Owens, age 77 of  Burkesville, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Cumberland Valley Manor. Beulah was born on March 21, 1947 in Cumberland County, KY to the late James Thacker and Mary Magdalene Ferguson Thacker. She attended Faith Bible Church and was a retired factory worker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Thacker.

Survivors Include:
Her husband - Franklin Don Owens of Burkesville 
One son - Stevie Thurman of Louisville
One step-daughter - Devonda Byrd (Jimmy) of Goodlettsville, TN  
Three brothers - William Dale Thacker (Phyllis) of Smiths Grove, Jesse Thacker (Alberta) of Springfield, MO and Gary Thacker (special friend Hazel) of Burkesville 
Four sisters - Joyce Flowers, Lesia Alexander (Rodney) and Imogene Flowers all of Burkesville and Elaine Franklin (Cary Lee) of Indiana

Funeral Service:
Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY with burial in Modoc Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until time for the service at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, Burkesville, KY.
