David Mark Powell

David Mark Powell, age 61 of  Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. David was born on July 22, 1963 in Barren County, KY to Delcie Fields Powell and the late James E. "Jimmy" Powell. David was a self employed logger and farmer. 

Survivors include:
His mother - Delcie Powell of Burkesville 
One Daughter - Rebey Lynn Powell of Burkesville 
His Fiance- Connie Cooper of Burkesville
One Step-daughter - Autumn Sheckles of Burkesville 
One Brother - Michael Powell of Burkesville 
Two Sisters - Naomi Lynn May (Hauke) of Bowling Green and Ashley Glass (James) of Burkesville 
Two nephews - Jon-Eric Lynn and Ethan Lynn
Two nieces - Erica Dawn Goyette and Jasmin Moolhuizen
and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY  with cremation to follow. Family requests visitation on Friday, April 18, 2025 from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 6 A.M. until time for the service at 2:00 P.M.
