Donnie C. Spears

Donnie C. Spears, age 67 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Cumberland County Hospital Emergency Room. Donnie was born on June 20, 1957 in Cumberland County, KY to Wilma Spears Dyer Watson and the late Walter Franklin Dyer. He was an employee of  4-S Lumber Company and was a member of Centerpoint Church. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents Cecil and Mattie Bell Spears and Jeff and Macie Dyer.his stepdaughter Hadley Hardin, and his best friend and uncle Shelby Spears.

His Wife- Amanda Moore Spears of Burkesville, KY
His Mother- Wilma Dyer Watson of Burkesville, KY
Two Daughters- Brandy Held(Dan) of Columbia, KY and Jennifer Nicki Spears of Marrowbone, KY
Four Sons- Ethan Spears of Burkesville, KY, Luke Spears and Logan Spears both of Louisville, KY, Dakota Moore(Katelyn)
One Brother- Ricky Dyer(Darline) of Burkesville, KY
Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Ray and Barbara Moore of Marrowbone, KY
Six Grandchildren- Bohdi Held, Paige Held, Triston Capshaw, Amber McInteer, Annzley Shaw and Heavenleigh Moore
Three Great Grandchildren- Rylee Held, Easton Young, and Hudson Kai Burns
Special Nephews- Michael Spears and Richard Dyer
Special Nieces- Ellie Moore and Emma Moore
and a host of other relatives and friends

Funeral Service:
Monday, January 27, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Mud Camp Cemetery.  Family requests visitation on Sunday, January 26th from 3 P.M. till 9 P.M. and on Monday after 6 A.M. until time for services at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
