Elizabeth Ann (Burbridge) Allen

Elizabeth Ann Allen, age 97 of Garfield Heights, Ohio formerly of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights. Elizabeth was born on September 09, 1927 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Roscoe Burbridge and Elizabeth Duvall Burbridge.  She was a member of Burkesville Community Church, a retired teacher having worked for the Cumberland County Board of Education and was a member of the Cumberland County Retired Teachers Association. She had also served as a board member of the Cumberland County Library.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Allen, Jr., one grandson, Ryan William Allen, four brothers, her twin Frank Burbridge, Owen Russell Burbridge, Terry Burbridge, and Randolph Burbridge.

Survivors Include:
Two Sons- Terry(and Rhonda)Allen of Lexington, KY and Marcus(and Deborah)Allen of Maysville, KY
Four Daughters- Celesta(and Lewis)Turner of Las Vegas, NV, Mary(and Eddie)Wills of Pepper Pike, OH, Susan Elam of Bedford Heights, OH, and Margo Allen Brown of Twinsburg, OH
8 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Service:
Saturday, March 01, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Grundy Chapel Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Saturday, March 1st from 11 A.M. until time for the service at 1 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
