Ella Louise Alexander

Ella Louise Alexander, age 75 of Louisville, KY formerly of Burkesville passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Norton Healthcare Brownsboro in Louisville. Ella Louise was born on June 5, 1949 in Burkesville, KY to the late Culman K. and Annie Lee Alexander. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Emilo H. Rice and one daughter, Melody Rice. Six siblings, Earl F. Alexander, Nathaniel Alexander, Elise Alexander, Judy Tooley, Sumona F. Alexander and Rachel Alexander.

Survivors include:
One son - Quincy Rice
One grandchild- Emilo J. Rice 
Seven sisters - Garnita L. Alexander, Maurine T. Alexander (Theodore), Alfonda Harkonen (John), Leara Woolridge (Gerald), Lee Edna Floyd, Teresa S. Legg and Sherlene Crabtree
Two brothers - Terry L. Alexander and Ernest Alexander
A host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends  

Funeral service:
Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St, Burkesville, KY with Rev. Michael Turner officiating. Burial in the Grundy Chapel Cemetery, Burkesville, KY.  Family requests visitation on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 12:00 noon until time for the service.
