Fern Spears

Fern Spears, age 82 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at her home. Fern was born on January 08, 1935 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Allen Osby Spears and Cassie Capps Spears. Fern was a member of Red Banks United Methodist Church and a former employee of OshKosh B'Gosh. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Sherry Riley, and three brothers, Stanley Spears, Lloyd Spears, and Keen Spears.

Survivors Include:
One Son- Rickie Booher of Burkesville, KY
Three Sisters- Estelle Pruitt of Burkesvile, KY, Betty Brown of Burkesville, KY, and Lucy Waldrup of Indianapolis, IN
One Brother- Lonnie Spears of Port St. Lucie, Florida
Two Grandchildren- Jeanette Banter of Burkesville, KY and Cody Bracksieck of Texas
Three Great Grandchildren- Devin Banter, Jaden Banter, and Karmyn Banter
And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service:
Wednesday, March 01, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST., Burkesville, KY with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
