Fred Carey

Fred Carey, age 69 of  Edmonton, Ky, formerly of Burkesville,  passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.  Fred was born on December 10, 1954 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Glen and Golda Faye Grider Carey.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight siblings, Phillip Carey, Terry Carey, OC Carey, Ray Carey, Dwight Carey, Marie Carey, Nettie Jewell Carey and Priscilla Alexander.

Survivors include:
Special friend - Christy Burton of Elizabethtown
Two sons - Tra Carey of Lexington and Fabian Burton of Elizabethtown
Four brothers - Carl David Carey and Charles Carey of Burkesville, Joe Carey of Somerset and Titius Lee Carey of Campbellsville
One sister - Amy Beauchamp of Chicago
Two grandchildren - Ella and Londyn
A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

Graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Beech Grove Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
