Jan Ellyn Shaw, age 66 of Lexington, Kentucky formerly of Burkesville, KY passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 in Lexington, KY. Jan was born on December 09, 1958 in Hindale, Illinois to the late James Donald Koutny and Patricia Blair Koutny.

Survivors Include:
Three Daughters- Lauren Grochow of Laguna Hills, CA, Jillian Guarnett of Apple Valley, CA and Alexandra Shaw of San Clamente, CA

Cremation has been chosen and there will be no local services
