Jimmie Lee Evers

Jimmie Lee Evers, age 87 of Indianapolis, Indiana formerly of Burkesville passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 at IU Health West in Avon, Indiana . Jim was born on August 04, 1933 in Vienna, Illinois to the late Ray Evers and Allie Evans Evers. He was a retired truck driver for Interstate Trucking Company in Indianapolis where he worked for thirty years. He was also the former owner of the Spur Station at Kettle, KY for many years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his very special friend and companion Carrie Nell Hart.

Survivors Include:
One Daughter- Carol Buddenbaum and her husband William of Noblesville, IN    
Three Grandchildren- Chris Berry of Seminole, Florida, Stephanie Berry of Indianapolis, Indiana and Eric Buddenbaum of Morristown, New Jersey
Three Great Grandchildren- Alex Snider of Boulder, Colorado, Jacob Snider of Indianapolis, Indiana and Cadin Berry of Seminole, Florida 
Carrie's Daughter- Diane Hundley of Avon, Indiana
and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

All services were held privately with burial in the Perkins Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
