Justice "Jet" Spears

Justice "Jet" Spears age 93 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, December 15th, 2018 at NHC Health Care in Glasgow, KY.  Jet was born on September 05, 1925 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Andrew Spears and Lora Mae Pruitt Spears.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lela Spears, and five daughters, Lisa Faye Spears, Anna Joyce Spears, Ruby Loyce Spears, Barbara Pearl Guffey, and Dorothy Avo Scott.

Survivors Include:
Eight Children- Lyle Spears and wife Judy, Johnny Spears, Curtis Spears, Danny Reed Spears, Joe Spears, and Jackie Spears all of Burkesville, KY, Larry Spears and wife Mary of Shelbyville, IN and Dyonn Bullis and husband Ralph of Roseville, Michigan
27 Grandchildren, 50 Great Grandchildren, and 12 Great Great Grandchildren
Special friend and caretaker- Kayla Anderson and a host of other relatives and friends

Funeral Service:
Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Pruitt Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
