Nelda Fletcher

Nelda Fletcher, age 90 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Nelda was born on September 19, 1935 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Sanford Riley and Venis Anderson Riley.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Russell Fletcher, two brothers Earl McKinley Riley and James "Bony" Riley.

Survivors Include:
Two Sons- David Fletcher and his wife Melissa and Phillip Fletcher and his wife Kathy all of Burkesville, KY
Four Grandchildren- Brandon Fletcher, John Fletcher, Katie Hunter (Jordan), Laura Scott(Brian)
Six Great Grandchildren- Madison Fletcher, Paxton Scott, Nolyn Scott, Langston Hunter, Marshall Hunter and Grayson Worley 

Funeral Service:
Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Wednesday, April 8, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and Thursday from 6:00 A.M. until time for the service at 11:00 A.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.
