Stevie Ray "Boggin" Scott

Stevie Ray (Boggin) Scott, age 70 of  Burkesville, Ky passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024 at his home . Stevie was born on June 11, 1954 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Ira and Loleta Abston Scott. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Randall Scott and special friend, Teresa Thacker.  Stevie attended Burkesville Baptist Church and retired from the State Highway Department as a dump truck driver.

Survivors include:
Son - Casey Scott of Burkesville 
Daughter - Alicia Pierce (Jonathan) of Burkesville 
Sisters - Linda Spears of Hartsville, TN, Donita Stephens and Lisa Nation both of Burkesville 
Grandchildren - Lakota, Damian, Dawson and Adaline
A host of other relatives and friends

Funeral Service:
Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. and on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 6:00 A.M. until time for the service at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home
